April is the Operation’s Manager at IBS Financial Group. She is a graduate of Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor in Business Administration and Human Resource Management. April started as an intern in 2001, and has worked with the investment group and early on with the administration team. As the Operations Manager April oversees the office staff and the accounting. She also works with clients serving client transitions, meetings and communications. Most importantly, she cares about each client and works to ensure a high level of service.

In addition, April sits on the Board of Family Promise of Grand Rapids, is actively involved with Fair Haven Church and Kids Food Basket. When not busy with their girls sporting activities, she and her husband enjoy traveling as a family.
